About the center

The center is engaged in applied high-tech developments at the intersection of the fields of photonics, additive technologies, materials science, and artificial intelligence, possessing a wide range of competencies and experience in natural sciences, engineering, flexible project management, work according to the standards required by the customer, including GOST, ASTM, etc.

The center is based on the competencies of four departments:

  3. Materials Science
  4. Mechanics and Mathematics

Audit, analysis, selection, and implementation of optimal technological processes for the production of the new products

Development of unique solutions based on the specifics of specific tasks

3D-printing materials development

- Metal alloys for selective laser melting
- Photocurable, including filled composite resin

3D-printing materials characterization

- Static light scattering

- Analysis of chemical composition using the equipment of the Center for Collective Use of Moscow State University

3D printing with metals, ceramics, photo and thermopolymers using SLM, SLA, DLP, SLS, PµSL methods

Includes growing parts with a submicron resolution by two-photon laser photopolymerization (2PP / TPP)

Printed products analysis

- Tomography

- Fractographic analysis
- Determination of surface roughness

Numerical modeling of product properties, topological optimization, application of generative algorithms

Working with regulatory documents, conducting R&D by regulatory standards

The Center's team consists of staff from the Faculty of Physics, Chemistry, and the Faculty of Materials Science. The team has a wide range of competencies and experience in natural sciences, engineering, flexible project management, work according to the standards required by the customer, including GOST, ASTM, etc.
