3D printing of ceramic products

The staff of the Center has extensive experience in scientific, experimental, and design work and technological development of methods for the manufacture of functional and structural ceramics, including:

  • Corundum ceramics (Al2O3)
  • Solid electrolytes (e.g., ZrO2 (Y2O3), Bi4V2O11)
  • Ferrites (e.g., MFe2O4 (M = Zn, Ni, Mn, Co), (Sr, Ba, Pb) (Fe, Al) 12O19)
  • Electrode materials (e.g., LixV2O5, LiCoO2)
  • Ceramics for catalysis and sensors (e.g., SnO2, TiO2, V2O5)
  • Superconducting ceramics (e.g., YBa2Cu3O7, Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8)
  • Phosphate-based bioceramics (e.g., Ca (3-x) M2x (PO4) 2)
